A comprehensive estimate and contract are the most important step to starting any new projects. Working with our clients to determine the best equipment, fixtures, and finishes for their project allows us to carefully calculate an appropriate estimate. This gives you the piece of mind of knowing what's coming.
After we are done, all work is inspected to ensure that all our work is up to current codes. Quality work is our guarantee.
Let us handle everything. From ground work to the finishing touches, we do it all. We work with the general contractor on a project to ensure constant communication and that our clients needs are being met.
Groundwork for new construction is the start of everything. One of the most important steps is mapping out a complete plan for new water, sewer, gas, and electrical lines before digging can begin. Many electrical cables can be buried around a property, so digging haphazardly can be dangerous. Once a complete plan is made, it's time to dig. We trench for new lines ourselves to save you the hassle of a sub-contractor. Once lines are installed, they can be buried or placed into the foundation of the structure.
When lines are finally connected to the main structure we can begin roughing in for equipment, fixtures, appliances, outlets, and switches.
When choosing the appropriate equipment for your home or business there is a lot to consider. How many people will be living / working there? How much hot water will be needed? How many bathrooms will there be? How much power does the space need to function? How many appliances will need power / water?
We can help determine the best size for hot water heaters and electrical panels. We are certified to install State water heaters and Rinnai Tankless water heaters, both of which can be sized appropriately for your home or business.
Electrical panels can be sized for your needs, with additional sub-panels added for later additions or upgrades. We highly recommend Murray or Square-D Homeline panels, and can help you decide what you need. One of our top priorities is safety, so we never allow overloaded panels or junction boxes. We even take the time to label your panel properly to prevent confusion down the road.
Choosing Plumbing Fixtures
We are happy to offer the Moen Collection of fine faucets and fixtures for your home or business. These quality fixtures are both beautiful and durable. They hold up well for high traffic businesses and look amazing in private homes. We recommend Moen for their aesthetic, quality construction, and great customer service.
Choosing Electrical Fixtures
We install any manor of custom fixtures to suit your home.
Let us help you decide how many, and where to place: wall lights, switches, and outlets. We calculate the best height for ceiling fans and chandeliers to ensure perfect lighting and air circulation.
Switches and outlets can come in hundreds of different colors. Switches can also come as dimmers, rockers, knobs, or several other configurations. Let us help you decide what you need where.
GFCI outlets are one of the best, and easiest, safety features you can add to your home. These devices shut off the electric circuit when they detect that the current is flowing incorrectly, such as through water or through a person. They greatly reduce the chances of an electric shock, or worse. We highly recommend these devices throughout your home and outside, but we always install them in kitchens and bathrooms just to be safe.
